For individual customers, this means collaborating with sales on the success criteria within certain use cases. For the customer base as a whole, it means scoping out how our product can be most effectively deployed to enable meaningful change for businesses.

While data onboarding is a ubiquitous problem, it manifests uniquely inside of each business. I'll push you to recognize patterns and devise ways to consistently and regularly co-design results with our customers. And as time goes on, you'll get to lean into the areas you're most excited about, whether that's collaborating with C-level customer executives, developing large-scale strategic messaging, or building advocacy loops inside of our raving customer base.

You'll be communicating a lot in the role, both written and verbal. You'll take features and turn them into value for Flatfile customers, driving meaningful business outcomes.
You'll be collaborating with customers everyday. You'll need to build strong relationships and show empathy and cooperation. We exist to partner with customers and solve their data onboarding problems.
You'll be co-designing results with our customers. You are the face of Flatfile, and you need to bring your interactions back to the Flatfile team.
